We help companies to reduce operating costs and improve revenues.

We do this by revising and, when appropriate, automating business processes.
Since 1986 we have helped companies of all sizes add more than $10 million to their bottom lines.

Here is what our clients say about us.

We look at every business process through the following formula:

"Profit  =  Value Perceived by Customer -  Cost of Production"

Sustainable Improvements in the cost of production are often referred to as Operating Advantage.  Operating advantage allows a company to earn a larger profit than competitors at the same level of sales, and results from performing business processes more efficiently.  Efficiency improvements can result from either lower cost per unit of activity, or from reducing the total number of actions required to complete a process.

For example, by automating the flow of order information from salesperson to production floor, a company may be able to operate with 25% fewer employees than a competitor.

Improvements in the Value Perceived by the Customer are often referred to as Structural Advantage.  Structural Advantage modifies the product in the perception of the customer and gives them a specific reason to desire your product over your competitor. Companies that have structural advantages should find it easier to attract new customers, enjoy greater customer loyalty, and may be able to charge higher prices than their competitors.

For example, a company makes a product that can be adapted for multiple configurations by the customer.   This reduces their need to maintain a larger supply inventory to service their needs.  Because it reduces their cost of operations, they perceive the product as being worth more.

Hybrid: Many times a project that begins as an Operating Advantage project will uncover an unexpected opportunity to create Structural Advantage and a company is able to leap ahead of its competitors to enjoy unprecedented growth and profit.

For example, a project to improve inventory management inside a company may result in the inventory data being placed in a database with real time updating of status.  This operating advantage may then be turned into a structural advantage by making the database accessible to customers through the web.

Our products and services are customized to create operating or structural advantage.
